Program Associate Director - Legal Domain (Hybrid)

As a Program Associate Director – Legal Domain you will make an impact by overseeing the execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall project from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the work of domain and technical experts, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the implementation.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the greenfield implementation of Salesforce, ensuring it meets legal operational needs.
  • Plan and execute the migration of legal operations to the Litify platform.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in program management, with a focus on legal operations or technology implementations.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce implementation projects, preferably in a greenfield environment.
  • Experience with Litify or similar legal management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and operations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The annual salary for this position is between $121,126 – $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
