Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Globalscape and a background in Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that align with our companys goals ensuring efficient and secure data transfers. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Globalscape to ensure efficient data transfer processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement best practices for software development to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive records of system changes and updates.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain data security and integrity.
  • Optimize existing systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

  • Possess strong expertise in Globalscape for developing secure data transfer solutions.
  • Have a background in Investment Banking Operations to understand domain-specific requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software development best practices and coding standards.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Show excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Have experience in hybrid work environments and the ability to manage tasks independently.
