Job Summary

The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure with a focus on Splunk ITSI. This position requires a hybrid work model ensuring flexibility and collaboration. The specialist will contribute to enhancing system performance and reliability directly impacting the companys operational efficiency and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and high performance.
  • Implement and maintain Splunk ITSI solutions to enhance system monitoring and analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues promptly.
  • Develop and execute strategies for infrastructure improvement and innovation.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain infrastructure security and reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on infrastructure management tools and techniques.
  • Analyze infrastructure data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on infrastructure status and improvements.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in IT infrastructure management with a focus on Splunk ITSI.
  • Demonstrate expertise in system monitoring and analytics using Splunk ITSI.
  • Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve infrastructure goals.
  • Show proficiency in developing strategies for infrastructure improvement and innovation.
  • Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure.
  • Be skilled in conducting assessments and audits for infrastructure security.
  • Have the ability to integrate new technologies into existing systems effectively.

    Splunk Certified ITSI Administrator IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
