Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Brand Safety and Platform Specialist where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our online platforms. With a focus on Korean language skills you will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for our users. This role requires rotational shifts and offers a work-from-office model providing a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze online content to ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve safety issues on the platform.
- Utilize Korean language skills to accurately translate and interpret content for safety assessments.
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential safety breaches and provide detailed reports.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent future safety incidents on the platform.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand safety and online content management.
- Provide training and support to team members on brand safety procedures and language translation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for safety processes and guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new safety features and tools for the platform.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of safety updates and changes to relevant parties.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and coverage for safety operations.
- Contribute to the overall mission of creating a safe and trustworthy online environment for users.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading writing and speaking Korean to effectively manage content.
- Possess strong analytical skills to assess and address safety concerns.
