Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Business Operations Business Events Business Intelligence & Reporting and Business Analysis & Planning. A background in Finance & Accounting or Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent English communication skills and involves rotational shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex business data to identify trends and patterns that drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate business events and workshops to align teams with organizational goals.
  • Implement business intelligence solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Plan and execute business strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business operations and suggest improvements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business activities.
  • Support finance and accounting teams with data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in governance risk and compliance initiatives to mitigate potential business risks.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on business operations and intelligence.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and planning techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Have experience in finance and accounting with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Show understanding of governance risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work environments.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Business Intelligence Certification
