Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 9 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance with a preference for experience in Auto - Claims. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive integration solutions and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to enhance system integration.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft Integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize application connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the integration solutions meet the standards and best practices of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MuleSoft integrations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest MuleSoft technologies and industry trends.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and innovative solutions within the team.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the stipulated timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with a preference for Auto
  • Claims experience.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently in a day shift environment.
