Job Summary
Join our team as a Junior Customer Service Professional where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and MS Excel to enhance user experiences. With a focus on procure-to-pay procurement you will work from home during day shifts ensuring seamless service delivery. This role requires less than 8 months of experience offering a dynamic environment to grow and contribute to our companys success.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and streamline procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support the procure-to-pay procurement process by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations by identifying and implementing best practices.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Work independently and manage time effectively while working from home.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Have proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in user experience and procure-to-pay procurement is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Certifications Required
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
