Our team in Lithuania is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Lead to join us and help center to achieve it’s strategy – to become the Number 1 delivery partner for premium quality business operations, business analytics and consulting.
Learning & Development Lead
You can expect to:
· Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
· Conduct assessments to identify training needs and address skill gaps
· Design and deliver training programs, workshops, for different talent pools – from successors to People Managers to Project Managers, Business Analysts, and similar
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
· Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet the needs of the business
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
· Manage the learning and development budget and resources
We expect You to:
· Have good English skills in written and verbal communication (B2 and upper level)
· Have bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
· Have min. 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a BPO or technology services environment
· Have strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
· Have excellent communication and presentation skills
· Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Have strong organizational and project management skills
