Operations Analyst – Client Service Management

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Help corporate clients resolve transactional inquiries related to securities and custody services, ensuring queries are resolved to client satisfaction within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate between clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners such as custodians.
- Facilitate smooth operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years experience client servicing within financial and securities services, preferably in settlements and securities transfers.
- Knowledge of securities and global custody products.
- Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- fluent English proficiency.
