Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize product lifecycle management processes ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives.Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter functionalities facilitating seamless integration and utilization across various departments.Develop and implement strategies to enhance PLM systems driving innovation and efficiency in product development cycles.Conduct thorough assessments of existing PLM processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.Oversee the customization and configuration of Teamcenter applications to meet specific business needs and requirements.Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on PLM best practices and system functionalities.Monitor and evaluate the performance of PLM systems ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any technical issues promptly.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the smooth deployment and maintenance of PLM software solutions.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users enhancing their experience and productivity.Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that align with the companys strategic goals.Coordinate with automotive industry experts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging data-driven insights to enhance product lifecycle management processes.
Qualifications
Possess extensive knowledge and experience in PLM Functional Knowledge and Teamcenter demonstrating proficiency in system integration and optimization.Have a strong background in the Automotive Industry understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address technical issues efficiently.Demonstrate effective communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.Hold a degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field providing a solid foundation for technical expertise.Display strong organizational skills managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
