Responsibilities : - Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and market demands. - Oversee the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies into product offerings to enhance functionality and user experience. - Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM-Sales data to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery processes. - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. - Drive the adoption of analytics tools and methodologies to enhance product decision-making and strategy formulation. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in strategic leadership and technology integration. - Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes. - Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge during client interactions. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and best practices. - Utilize strategic leadership skills to guide product teams towards achieving project milestones and objectives. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in strategic leadership to effectively guide product development and team collaboration. - Exhibit strong knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive product innovation. - Possess expertise in CRM-Sales to enhance customer engagement and product offerings. - Have a solid understanding of analytics to support data-driven decision-making processes. - Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office collaboration. - Display excellent communication skills to articulate product strategies and technical concepts. - Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address product challenges and optimize solutions. 9.
