Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for commerce full stack solutions that align with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Design and document end to end commerce application architectures using Java dot NET and PHP ensuring scalability maintainability security and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and services.
- Develop robust front end and back end components for commerce platforms leveraging best practices in coding testing and performance tuning to deliver reliable features that improve user experience and transaction efficiency.
- Configure and customize payment order management and catalog services within commerce solutions to optimize checkout flows pricing rules and inventory visibility while ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence.
- Analyze existing client commerce ecosystems to identify technical gaps process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities and propose actionable recommendations that drive increased revenue and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross functional internal and client teams including product managers architects and quality engineers to ensure timely delivery of solution increments and alignment with agreed milestones and acceptance criteria.
- Execute unit integration and system testing for commerce applications using structured test scenarios and defect management practices to ensure high quality releases with minimal production incidents.
- Provide detailed root cause analysis and issue resolution support for production incidents in commerce platforms focusing on sustainable fixes continuous improvement and clear communication of impact and remediation steps.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs configuration guides and operational runbooks to support maintainability knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across teams.
- Advise clients on commerce platform modernization strategies such as refactoring legacy components incremental migration paths and adoption of reusable services to reduce technical debt and improve long term agility.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics for commerce solutions and implement tuning measures such as code optimization caching and query refinement to improve responsiveness and resource utilization.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in commerce full stack engineering consulting delivery standards and collaborative ways of working to strengthen overall team capability and consistency.
- Support pre sales and internal assessment activities by contributing technical viewpoints effort estimates and risk assessments that help shape informed proposals and realistic delivery plans.
Qualifications
- Apply strong consulting skills and experience of at least five years in analyzing business requirements and converting them into implementable commerce solutions delivering tangible client value.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java based commerce full stack engineering including service development integration patterns and performance optimization for transaction intensive applications.
- Exhibit solid experience in dot NET commerce full stack engineering covering application development configuration troubleshooting and deployment across hybrid work environments.
- Utilize practical expertise in PHP commerce full stack engineering to build and enhance modules themes and integrations that support diverse client digital storefronts and transactional journeys.
- Employ sound understanding of database design and query optimization within commerce platforms using relational or document data stores to ensure integrity scalability and rapid data access.
- Leverage familiarity with modern front end frameworks and responsive design practices to ensure consistent accessible and intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile commerce channels.
- Apply disciplined use of version control continuous integration and automated build practices to maintain code quality traceability and efficient team collaboration in hybrid delivery setups.
- Showcase experience in working in a hybrid work model coordinating onsite and remote activities through structured communication tools and agile ceremonies to maintain transparency and predictable outcomes.
