Responsibilities : - Develop and implement data governance solutions using Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Informatica AXON Data Govern for streamlined data management processes. - Utilize Informatica EDC to enhance metadata management and improve data accessibility across the organization. - Analyze and optimize data workflows within the retail banking domain to support business objectives and regulatory requirements. - Provide technical expertise in the use of Infa Cloud Metadata Cmd Center to enhance data cataloging and lineage tracking. - Oversee the implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure consistent data quality and security. - Support the development of data management strategies that align with the companys goals and industry standards. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in data governance and metadata management. - Monitor and evaluate data governance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. - Assist in the design and deployment of data governance tools to enhance operational efficiency and data reliability. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize data governance processes and support strategic decision-making. - Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance data management capabilities and drive business growth. Qualifications - - Demonstrated experience with Infa Cloud Data Gov & Catalog showcasing ability to manage complex data environments. - Proven expertise in Informatica AXON Data Govern with a focus on enhancing data governance frameworks. - Strong proficiency in Informatica EDC with a track record of improving metadata management processes. - Solid understanding of retail banking domain with experience in aligning data strategies with industry requirements. - Experience with Infa Cloud Metadata Cmd Center demonstrating ability to enhance data cataloging and lineage tracking. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office collaboration. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9.
