Role summary
The Paid Media Strategist leads the development of data informed audience driven paid media strategies across digital channels. As the strategic anchor of the Paid Media POD the strategist turns insights into actionable plans that maximize performance efficiency and brand impact.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop multi channel paid media strategies grounded in audience insights platform behavior and campaign objectives. Define channel mix targeting frameworks creative testing plans and optimization strategies across search social display and video.
Analyze campaign performance trends interpret data signals and recommend strategic mid flight optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Build testing roadmaps that include creative variants audience splits and messaging hypotheses to drive continuous learning.
Ensure all media strategies follow brand guidelines platform compliance rules and established brand safety standards.
3-5 years of experience in digital and paid media strategy.
Proficiency with Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and relevant paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience using platform and analytics tools.
Excellent communication strategic thinking and cross team collaboration abilities.
