- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all automation projects.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for new automation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of automation solutions to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the companys digital transformation goals by leveraging UiPath to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of UiPath and its application in automating business processes.
- Have experience in developing and deploying UiPath workflows in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing UiPath solutions.
- Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UiPath development.
- Display strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and training junior developers is nice to have.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is nice to have.
