Job Summary

As a Sr Developer specializing in UiPath you will play a crucial role in automating business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement innovative automation solutions. Your expertise in UiPath will be pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization contributing to overall business success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for automation projects.
  • Design test and deploy UiPath workflows ensuring high-quality and scalable automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation processes to ensure seamless operation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of automation solutions to enhance performance and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Document automation processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference and compliance.
  • Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and industry trends to continuously improve automation strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior developers on UiPath best practices and development techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in all automation projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for new automation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of automation solutions to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the companys digital transformation goals by leveraging UiPath to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong understanding of UiPath and its application in automating business processes.
  • Have experience in developing and deploying UiPath workflows in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing UiPath solutions.
  • Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UiPath development.
  • Display strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and training junior developers is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is nice to have.


Certifications Required

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
