18th October was a special day at our Cognizant Switzerland office as we came together to promote awareness of breast cancer and discuss what it takes to win in our personal and professional lives.

Germany, D&I After Work Event

We hosted an after-work event, centered around the topic of Diversity & Inclusion with a panel discussion on “New Work & Leadership”. Partnering up with Global Digital Women, we had a fruitful discussion with female talents from all industries.

Sweden, International Women's Day

We acknowledged the importance of diversity in the tech Industry by celebrating Girls in Tech Nordics 2nd anniversary as a NGO by inviting our clients, partners and wider network. The program was packed with great stories on how to inspire and support young girls to consider a career in tech.

Netherlands, Women in AI

Our DEI team most recently organized a “Women in AI” event, where many women in the office and from the Dutch tech community gathered to learn more about the future of AI from other female experts.

Thriving through connection

Our Affinity Groups are associate-led communities built around shared interests, backgrounds and experiences. They are open to all Cognizant associates and they offer a space for members and allies to connect and support one another on their professional journeys.
