The Black, Latin, and Indigenous Affinity Group (BLING) nurtures the interests, aspirations, and career progression of Cognizant’s ethnically and culturally diverse talent, thereby cultivating a supportive and inclusive community with equal opportunities for all.

The Race Equality Network (REN) empowers, represents, and improves the experience of ethnic minority associates. REN is active in countries across EMEA, APJ, and LATAM to support their ethnic minority groups where their needs may differ from BLING and Pan-Asian Group.

The Veterans Network is led by veterans transitioning from the military to the corporate setting. Through our Veterans Network, we hire and help transition service members, veterans and, military families
