The Black, Latin and Indigenous Affinity Group (BLING) nurtures the interests, aspirations and career progression of Cognizant’s ethnically and culturally diverse talent, thereby cultivating a supportive and inclusive community with equal opportunities for all.

Embrace promotes workplace practices in which all associates can be their authentic selves at work and grow to their full potential. Embrace supports a strong community of LGBTQ+ associates and allies. 

The Pan-Asian Group fosters a safe environment for open dialog, provides resources to the community for career growth and leadership development, celebrates Pan-Asian heritage, and much more.

The Race Equality Network (REN) empowers, represents and improves the experience of ethnic minority associates. REN is active in countries across EMEA, APJ and LATAM to support their ethnic minority groups where their needs may differ from BLING and Pan-Asian Group.

Unite provides a community and resources for associates with disabilities, caregivers and allies. Cognizant’s partnership with the Business Disability Forum enables us to work in partnership with 550+ business, Government, and disabled people to remove barriers to inclusion.

The Veterans Network is led by veterans who have transitioned from the military to the corporate setting. Through our Veterans Network, we hire and help transition service members, veterans and military families. 

Women Empowered (WE) is committed to recruiting and expanding career opportunities for all women across our organization. WE provides career growth and leadership development opportunity while building a community of women focused on the technology industry.

The Working Families group provides families a place to provide resources, share experiences and voice support for all types of families at Cognizant. The groups helps associates find ways to effective manage challenges faced and feel more empowered and positive.
