Cognizant Affinity Groups bring together associates who share common interests, backgrounds and experiences. They are community spaces for members and allies to celebrate diversity and support one another on their professional journeys. More than 30% of our workforce around the world participate in our vibrant Affinity Groups!
BLING
The Black, Latin and Indigenous Affinity Group (BLING) nurtures the interests, aspirations and career progression of Cognizant’s ethnically and culturally diverse talent, thereby cultivating a supportive and inclusive community with equal opportunities for all.
Embrace
Embrace promotes workplace practices in which all associates can be their authentic selves at work and grow to their full potential. Embrace supports a strong community of LGBTQ+ associates and allies.

Unite
Unite provides a community and resources for associates with disabilities, caregivers and allies. Unite's membership with the National Organization on Disability emphasizes building a world of opportunity for people with disabilities to enjoy.
Veterans Network
The Veterans Network is led by veterans who have transitioned from the military to the corporate setting. Through our Veterans Network, we hire and help transition service members, veterans and military families.
Women Empowered
Women Empowered (WE) is committed to recruiting and expanding career opportunities for all women across our organization. WE provides career growth and leadership development opportunity while building a community of women focused on the technology industry.
Working Families
The Working Families group provides families a place to provide resources, share experiences and voice support for all types of families at Cognizant. The group helps associates find ways to effectively manage challenges often faced and feel more empowered and positive.
