Responsibilities : - Design and implement advanced Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain planning and inventory management processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis configurations. - Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain Kinaxis Sales and Operations Planning models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Fundamentals into existing systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. - Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Lead workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to leverage Kinaxis tools effectively. - Ensure seamless coordination between planning sales and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving needs. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain resilience and adaptability. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability and security of Kinaxis systems and integrations. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain technologies to drive innovation. - Maintain documentation and reports on solution architecture ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.
