The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience in Planning Supply Chain Management and Sales Planning & Execution within the Retail domain. Responsibilities : - Design and implement advanced Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain planning and inventory management processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Kinaxis configurations. - Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain Kinaxis Sales and Operations Planning models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. - Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Fundamentals into existing systems to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. - Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Lead workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with the knowledge to leverage Kinaxis tools effectively. - Ensure seamless coordination between planning sales and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments as necessary to meet evolving needs. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain resilience and adaptability. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the reliability and security of Kinaxis systems and integrations. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain technologies to drive innovation. - Maintain documentation and reports on solution architecture ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing. Qualifications - - Possess in-depth knowledge of Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Optimization and Demand Planning with hands-on experience in configuring and deploying these modules. - Demonstrate expertise in Planning within the Retail domain showcasing a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions. - Exhibit proficiency in Supply Chain Management principles including demand forecasting inventory control and logistics optimization. - Showcase experience in Sales Planning & Execution with a focus on aligning sales strategies with supply chain capabilities. - Have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that drive efficiency and business growth. - Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Hold a strong analytical mindset to assess complex scenarios and provide actionable insights. - Demonstrate adaptability to hybrid work environments ensuring productivity and collaboration across remote and in-office settings. - Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on advancements in Kinaxis and supply chain technologies. - Exhibit problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - Have a customer-centric approach to ensure solutions align with business needs and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. - Possess organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. 9.
