Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to oversee delivery management and stakeholder coordination for omnichannel customer service projects. The ideal candidate will drive project success by ensuring timely delivery managing resources effectively and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and maintain alignment throughout the project.Oversee delivery management processes to ensure high-quality outcomes that meet customer expectations.Implement omnichannel customer service strategies to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Monitor project progress identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders highlighting progress challenges and solutions.Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize project delays.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.Utilize expertise in Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj to streamline billing and invoicing processes.Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.Leverage technical skills in stakeholder management and delivery management to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Project Stakeholder Management to ensure alignment and satisfaction among all parties.Demonstrate proficiency in Delivery Management to oversee project execution and achieve desired outcomes.Have hands-on experience in implementing Omnichannel Customer Service solutions to improve customer engagement.Knowledge of Authorize Cust Bill InvoiceAdj domain is highly desirable for streamlining financial processes.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Showcase problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement practical solutions.Hold a proven track record of managing projects within rotational shift environments.Display adaptability to work in a dynamic office setting with changing priorities.Bring strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.Possess a proactive mindset to anticipate issues and take corrective actions promptly.Exhibit a commitment to driving impactful results that align with the companys vision and societal benefits.
Certifications Required
PMP Certification or equivalent in Project Management is mandatory. ITIL Certification is desirable.
