- Possesses 8-10 years of IT experience in Retail, Restaurants or Consumer Goods industry
- Experience in Retail and Store operations process like Store Inventory Management, Point of Sale system, Store Transaction Management (Store Ordering, Receiving), Loyalty, Store work force Management, compliance and loss prevention
- Extensive hands-on experience in implementation project (Point of Sale, Workforce Management, In-store experience, retail shrinkage)
- Should have handled and delivered complex projects within store operations domain
- Would have worked as product owners to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap
- One who could liaise with business owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
- Has good experience writing user story, can break down Epics into User Stories
- Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
- Supporting pre-sales activities as stores subject matter expert by actively participating in win theme discussions, deal shaping process, other BD activities, etc.
- Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on their store operations transformation journey
- Should have worked with leadership team and define the capability offerings of retail store operations
