We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution across enterprise applications and web services, with a strong focus on API validation, sourcing platforms, and user experience.
This is a leadership role ideal for professionals with deep expertise in Agile QA, test governance, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead test strategy, planning, and execution across multiple Agile teams
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Manage API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and REST frameworks
- Drive test case design, maintenance, and traceability using qTest, Zephyr, TestRail, or HP ALM
- Coordinate defect management using Jira, Bugzilla & GitHub
- Define and track test metrics, dashboards, and release readiness reports
- Implement risk-based testing and quality governance practices
- Ensure data validation using SQL across integrated systems
- Collaborate with product, business, and UX teams to align testing with real user journeys
- Mentor teams and promote Agile and quality best practices
✅ Key Skills Required
- 10+ years in Software Testing / QA, with leadership experience
- Strong expertise in Test Management & Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience in API/Web Services Testing
- Solid SQL skills for backend validation
- Experience with test management & defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows
- Domain experience in Sourcing / Procurement + UX-driven platforms
- Exposure to CI/CD and automation frameworks (nice to have)
