Role: Sr Asset Management Analyst
Location: Dayton, OH
Mandatory skills: Asset Life Cycle Management, ServiceNow ITAM, HAM
Job Description:
· End-to-end lifecycle management of all Devices (except US Mobile devices) and peripherals
· Manage & maintain centralized inventory database including devices, shipment status from asset creation till disposals.
· Manage dispatch and return of assets for onboarding/offboarding
· Monitor and initiate Lifecycle Management processes, Track lease terms, coordinate renewals/returns.
· Manage the refresh process, monitor asset return status, initiate follow-ups.
· Review, validate, and approve all Service requests for all HAM process
· Manage the return process, monitor asset return status, initiate follow-ups.
· Maintain and execute the asset allocation process, including approvals before fulfilment.
· Track and manage mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) from procurement to retirement
· Track and manage centralized inventory database for serialized peripherals
· Regular reconciliation of asset records with physical inventory & various discovery reports
· Bi-yearly inventory audit with highest accuracy; manage ghost/untracked assets
· Provide reports on inventory, shipments, usage, aging, compliance
· Manage & maintain defined KPIs across all defined process
· Maintain real-time updates of asset status in ServiceNow
· Prioritizing cost optimization to prevent cost overruns or unutilized inventory
· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
· Setting timelines for clearing the backlog & reporting progress to stakeholders

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
