Job Title : Sr. Developer

Job Summary : Serve as a senior Salesforce developer specializing in Financial Service Cloud and related capabilities designing and implementing robust solutions that enhance wholesale banking processes in a hybrid work model. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver secure scalable features using Lightning components configuration and Omnistudio tools while ensuring smooth integrations and long term maintainability for day shift operations.

Responsibilities :

Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Service Cloud to optimize wholesale banking workflows and drive measurable business value for internal and external stakeholders.

Implement custom Salesforce development and customization including apex classes triggers and visual interfaces to meet detailed functional requirements while preserving system stability and performance.

Configure Salesforce objects fields record types and page layouts to create intuitive data models that support financial products client portfolios and relationship management across the organization.

Build and enhance Lightning components and applications to deliver responsive user experiences that streamline daily tasks for banking operations and relationship management teams.

Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems to ensure accurate data flow for accounts transactions risk metrics and analytics while maintaining high reliability. -Use Omnistudio capabilities such as flex cards and guided processes to design dynamic user journeys that simplify complex financial service interactions and increase user efficiency.

Review and optimize existing Salesforce configurations customizations and integration patterns to improve performance scalability security posture and adherence to industry standards.

Collaborate with business analysts product owners and testers to translate detailed requirements into technical designs perform impact analysis and deliver high quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Conduct thorough unit testing system testing and support user acceptance testing to validate functionality ensure data integrity and confirm that solutions align with financial regulations and internal policies.

Provide ongoing support for deployed Salesforce features including incident analysis root cause identification and implementation of sustainable fixes that minimize disruption to day shift operations.

Document technical designs configuration choices and integration mappings in a clear maintainable manner to support knowledge sharing and future enhancements across distributed teams.

Advise stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities limitations and best practices to guide pragmatic decisions that maximize investment value and improve client and employee experiences.

Ensure compliance with security standards data protection guidelines and audit requirements by applying appropriate access controls field level security and monitoring capabilities to Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications -Demonstrate seven to nine years of hands on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Financial Service Cloud features data models and process automation for financial institutions.

Show advanced proficiency in Salesforce development and customization including apex coding asynchronous processes custom metadata and effective use of declarative tools for robust solutions.

Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning framework and modern web practices to build reusable components responsive interfaces and well structured applications that improve user productivity.

Utilize Omnistudio tools to model complex service interactions configure dynamic experiences and orchestrate flows that support wholesale banking scenarios such as onboarding and servicing.

Exhibit solid experience in Salesforce configuration including security models workflow automation validation strategies and environment management ensuring reliable day shift operations.

Demonstrate strong skills in Salesforce integration patterns including restful services middleware orchestration and error handling to support stable connectivity with banking and risk systems. -Leverage understanding of wholesale banking concepts such as lending cash management trade finance and client hierarchy to design solutions that align with domain processes and regulatory needs. -Communicate clearly with cross functional teams in a hybrid work setting using structured documentation and collaborative tools to ensure alignment smooth handoffs and shared understanding of deliverables.
