Experience: 4 to 12 years
Location: All CTS Location (3 days office, Hybrid mode)
Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days
Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
o Strong knowledge and technical experience in customer data platforms mostly in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) or any other CDP.
o Should have knowledge on Data integration, Data Modelling concepts, Data Mapping, Data Relationship, Data Reconciliation, Data Unification.
o Must have worked on APIs - RESTful APIs, SDKs, Usage of CDP APIs to deliver best practices in how to ingest and deliver data in and out of the platform
o Must be good in SQL (ANSI SQL is a plus), SOQL and JavaScript
o Should have knowledge on different data structures – JSON, XML, YAML, etc.
o Should have hands-on experience with Salesforce, including key functionalities such as Flows, LWC and preferably APEX programming
o Strong background in data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
o Certifications Expectation: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
