What will be your mission?

As a Pega Delivery Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Java/Cloud programs while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and execution excellence.

What will make you successful in this position?

Mandatory:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, with strong exposure to BPM / Java / Cloud ecosystems
• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs or multiple projects
• Strong technical background in:
  • Java / J2EE
  • REST APIs & Microservices
  • Cloud technologies (Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems)
• Experience in Agile delivery models (Scrum/Kanban) and full SDLC lifecycle
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels
• Experience leading global and distributed teams
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)

Desirable:

• Experience with Pega platform or other BPM tools
• Background in banking or enterprise digital transformation programs
• Exposure to solution architecture and design governance
• Knowledge or experience in AI / GenAI integration in enterprise workflows
• Certifications (nice to have):
  • Pega (CSA/CSSA/LSA)
  • Scrum / Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe)
  • Cloud certifications

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BPM/Pega projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
• Drive solution design in collaboration with Enterprise and Solution Architects
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams (developers, architects, analysts) across geographies
• Oversee technical delivery across Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Cloud (Kubernetes), and BPM platforms (Pega preferred)
• Ensure Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) are followed and continuously improved
• Govern project lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking
• Monitor and ensure quality through reviews, testing strategies, and defect resolution coordination
• Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, and practice growth initiatives in collaboration with global leadership
• Drive adoption of AI & GenAI capabilities within BPM processes and enterprise workflows
• Align delivery execution with business goals and ensure measurable value realization
