Requirements:
- 3–5 years in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or a market testing/experimentation role
- Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (CJA, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of experimental design — A/B testing, holdout groups, statistical significance
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, offers, audiences, and channels; ensure statistical validity and maintain a test-and-learn calendar
- Interpret campaign and journey performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs tied to engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Leads and senior stakeholders
