About the Role
As a Senior Consultant – AI Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable, high-performance AI solutions that drive business value. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to architect, deploy, and optimize AI models and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology best practices.
In this role, you will:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for enterprise applications.
- Apply deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions using programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, and leverage leading AI platforms and libraries.
- Architect and manage cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to support model deployment and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on AI best practices, integration, and adoption.
- Align AI initiatives with business strategy through strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams in AI adoption.
Work Model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in office at one of the following locations: Bedminster/Middletown, NJ; Dallas metroplex; Atlanta; Bothell, WA. The remaining days may be remote, subject to project needs and stakeholder engagement. What you must have to be considered
- 3 to 7 years of hands on experience as an AI Architect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in AI programming languages (Python, Java, or R) and experience with AI platforms/libraries.
- Experience designing and deploying cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and guiding AI adoption.
These will help you succeed
- Experience with AI infrastructure design and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance in AI deployments.
- Consulting or client-facing experience in architecting AI solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.
