Senior Full Stack Developer (Reactjs& Nodejs)
Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Full Stack Developer (Reactjs& Nodejs) (Hybrid) with 7+ years of experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Responsibilities:
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
•Build reusable, efficient, and high-performance front-end components and backend APIs/services.
•Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
•Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party systems and cloud platforms.
•Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
•Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and mentor junior developers within the team.
•Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Qualifications:
• 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
•Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
•Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
•Expertise in building REST APIs, backend services, and working with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
•Experience with databases such as SQL, or other relational/non-relational databases.
•Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and performance optimization.
•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until June 15th, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $ 83,250 to $ 132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
