About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned SAP – Service Line Specialist to join our Commercial Americas Technology team. Cognizant’s EPS- SAP service line provides consulting, implementation and managed services on a scale for our clients. Our offerings involve SAP modernization, transformation with cloud, business process innovation, Application value management etc. – we provide end-to-end value to organizations looking modernize SAP technology and culture to be future fit and produce greenfield products and services.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, proactively identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and adopting initiatives that align with both client goals and our organizational objectives.
In this role, you will:
Drive growth in revenue by prioritization, structuring, and leading digital engagements for a $90M+ business unit and be the chief growth officer for that portfolio.
Partner with Centers of excellence and delivery organization to co-define and drive transformation strategy and service offerings across all areas of SAP that covers S/4 implementations, Customer experience solutions, application development and maintenance and upgrades.
Map client organization, build outstanding relationships with new business units, and build a growth strategy for developing new business opportunities
Forge relationships through consultative/industry leading transformative led conversation with VP/CXO decision makers across IT and business teams in the Communications, Media, Technology, Banking Financial Services and Insurance.
What you need to have to be considered
15+ years’ experience in consultative selling of software and solutions in SAP including good experience influencing senior IT and business decision makers.
8+ years’ hands-on experience working in SAP solutions in an architect or lead level role
High level understanding of emerging patterns in the SAP application modernization space
Defining story boards for presentations and proposals that resonate with a broad range of technical and non-technical client stakeholders
Orchestrating participation of specialists/subject matter experts across a matrix organization to generate required content
Editing and contributing content as required to ensure the presentations and proposals are cohesive and compelling.

The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 - $170,000. The specific salary is dependent on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
