Job Summary
Serve as a subject matter expert in policy servicing for an international organization ensuring accurate management of policy data service requests and documentation through strong proficiency in MS Office tools. Collaborate with global stakeholders in a hybrid work model and night shift environment to sustain high quality customer outcomes and operational efficiency while supporting auto claims domain processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end policy servicing activities including policy setup validation endorsement processing and renewals to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer policy records in the core servicing systems
- Execute complex policy data updates and reconciliations using MS Office tools to maintain clean error free data sets that support reliable reporting and risk assessment for the organization
- Prepare structured service request trackers and workflow logs in spreadsheets to monitor volumes turnaround time and quality metrics enabling continuous improvement of policy servicing operations
- Create clear and well formatted documentation templates checklists and job aids in text processing tools to standardize policy servicing procedures and reduce process variation across the servicing team
- Analyze policy servicing exceptions and discrepancies by reviewing documents and system entries then summarize findings in structured reports to enable root cause resolution and prevent recurring operational issues
- Coordinate with customer facing teams and internal operations to clarify policy terms coverage details and servicing requirements ensuring that each request is fully understood and handled according to applicable standards
- Respond to servicing queries escalations and information requests during night shifts by investigating policy history and documenting outcomes in tracking files to provide transparent and traceable service responses
- Monitor and update servicing dashboards using spreadsheet and presentation tools to highlight workload distribution performance indicators and risk areas supporting informed decision making by management
- Contribute to auto claims related servicing tasks where applicable by validating policy details coverage triggers and claim related endorsements ensuring smooth linkage between policy servicing and claims handling
- Support hybrid work model effectiveness by maintaining well organized digital files shared trackers and communication logs that allow seamless collaboration between onsite and remote team members
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive servicing steps and propose enhancements in workflows templates or data validation checks that improve operational efficiency and reduce processing time
- Adhere strictly to organizational standards regulatory guidelines and information security practices when handling customer policy data ensuring full compliance and protection of sensitive information
- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and cross training within the servicing group by preparing reference material and walkthrough notes that strengthen collective expertise in policy servicing and auto claims processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong hands on experience in using spreadsheet word processing and presentation applications within MS Office to manage large policy data sets create reports and design servicing templates
- Apply detailed understanding of policy servicing concepts such as endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements to interpret servicing requests and execute accurate updates in servicing systems
- Utilize analytical thinking and problem solving skills to investigate data mismatches servicing errors and documentation gaps then recommend practical corrective actions that improve process reliability
- Exhibit clear written and verbal communication skills to explain complex policy information to internal stakeholders summarize servicing outcomes and document procedures in an accessible format
- Leverage prior exposure to auto claims domain where available to connect policy servicing decisions with downstream claim impacts enhancing overall customer experience and operational alignment
- Maintain high levels of accuracy productivity and responsiveness while working in a night shift hybrid environment by effectively organizing tasks managing time and following structured work routines

Certifications Required
Preferred certification in MS Office Specialist or equivalent proficiency credential relevant to MS Office tools and insurance operations.
