Talent Acquisition Team Lead – Job Description
Role Purpose
Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring aligned with business demands, maintaining high-quality candidate experience, and supporting operational efficiency through performance tracking, pipeline management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Business Partnering
Maintain active participation in daily operational meetings to provide updates on hiring progress and understand new hiring demands.
Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to align recruitment priorities and workforce needs.
Review demand requirements and create Service Orders (SOs), ensuring proper follow-up and fulfillment.
Provide visibility into hiring performance and recruiter productivity through regular reporting.
Recruitment Operations & Execution
Conduct weekly audits of KPIs to ensure recruitment performance meets targets and SLAs.
Manage and review recruitment pipelines across sourcing platforms to ensure candidates are being actively engaged and avoid backlog accumulation.
Monitor hiring progress and ensure timely conversion of candidates to hires.
Review candidate assessments to ensure alignment with quality hiring standards.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate and analyze hiring reports, tracking hires per recruiter and overall productivity.
Provide insights into recruitment performance to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Track post-event metrics (e.g., job fairs) to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Ensure a positive candidate experience by monitoring response times and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate logistics and tracking of welcome kits for new hires, ensuring timely delivery and onboarding readiness.
Employer Branding & Attraction
Support and execute marketing and talent attraction strategies, including campaigns for specific roles or business needs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute job fairs, including logistics, candidate engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
Drive initiatives to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent.
Team Support & Leadership
Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss performance, attitude, development areas, career plans, attendance, and engagement.
Assist in setting priorities for the recruitment team based on business needs and workload.
Support continuous improvement through feedback, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Planning & Organization
Prioritize recruitment activities based on demand urgency and business impact.
Ensure proper follow-up across all recruitment stages to maintain efficiency.
Continuously identify process improvements to enhance productivity and candidate experience.
Quality of Hiring
Ensure candidates meet required quality standards through assessment reviews and proper screening processes.
Maintain focus on aligning hiring outcomes with business expectations and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years Experience managing 10–25 team of recruiters
