Key Responsibilities:
- Align technical design and solutioning following company architecture and standards
- Provide hands-on guidance to the developers and review code quality
- Collaborate closely with QA, and operations teams
- Support delivery planning and technical troubleshooting
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience (9+ years) in system design and application architecture
- Solid background in modern application development (backend) of Java or NodeJS
- Experienced in handling scalability, security and performance optimization
- Design patterns for Microservices, Data orchestration and Integration, experience in AI agent development would be advantage
- Experience leading a small-to-medium sized development team
- Familiar with cloud-based environments and CI/CD practices
