Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to enhance business processes.Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Configure SFDC to align with organizational needs and optimize performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.Contribute to the companys growth by implementing innovative solutions.Enhance customer satisfaction through effective Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate proficiency in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.Have expertise in SFDC Lightning and Integration.Show capability in SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.Experience in IT Consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
