1. Job Title : Sr. Developer
2. Job Summary : We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and a background in Sales & Marketing is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing marketing solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

8. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement advanced marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. - Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improved performance. - Ensure the seamless integration of Marketing Cloud with other systems to streamline marketing processes and data flow. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud to maintain system efficiency and reliability. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies. - Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and consistency in project execution. - Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing solutions. - Optimize email marketing strategies to increase open rates click-through rates and overall campaign success. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business needs. - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement. - Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for marketing technology usage within the organization. Qualifications - - Possess strong expertise in Marketing Cloud with a proven track record of successful project implementations. - Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing marketing data and providing actionable insights for campaign optimization. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Have a solid understanding of email marketing strategies and techniques to drive customer engagement. - Show experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems to enhance marketing operations. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and new Marketing Cloud features.
