Cognizant’s Corporate Security team is chartered with managing and directing the global enterprise physical and information security programs. The team is responsible for the oversight and coordination of security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, and is responsible for identifying security initiatives and standards.
Corporate Security drives security compliance and serves as the key organization responsible with helping the business appropriately manage security risks.
Coordination and collaboration of IT groups, Information Security teams, business units, and client delivery teams.
About the Role
Cognizant’s Corporate Security team is chartered with managing and directing the global enterprise physical and information security programs. The team is responsible for the oversight and coordination of security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, and is responsible for identifying security initiatives and standards.
Corporate Security drives security compliance and serves as the key organization responsible with helping the business appropriately manage security risks.
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and provide assurance that the identified findings and actions are tracked to closure and report to leadership thereon
- Provide subject matter expertise to service delivery on risk, compliance, and control and information security during the sales cycle and throughout the delivery
- Liaise with other Cognizant risk management functions, such as Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance to ensure the risk management process is efficient and effective
- Support in review of MSA and RFP
- Coordinate security incident response activities
- Conduct awareness sessions to the associates in the account on a periodic basis
What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Support service delivery in preparation for client audits and maintain contractual compliance
- Lead establishment, implementation, and maintenance of Information security programs across service delivery
- Conduct reviews to assess the service delivery control environment and evaluate adherence to client identified contractual requirements, Cognizant policies, and standards.
- Nice to have skills - Risk Management.
