Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Azure Automation processes to streamline infrastructure tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Azure Copilot to enhance system performance and ensure optimal resource allocation for bioinformatics applications.
- Develop and maintain Azure Pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery ensuring timely and reliable software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions tailored to bioinformatics needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability of bioinformatics platforms.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect sensitive bioinformatics data.
- Optimize infrastructure costs by implementing best practices and leveraging Azures cost management tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies and trends to continuously improve infrastructure strategies.
- Document processes and configurations to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Engage in problem-solving and innovation to address complex bioinformatics challenges with technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all infrastructure activities.

- Possess strong experience in Azure Automation Azure Copilot and Azure Pipelines essential for this role.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of bioinformatics domain requirements and challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Show proficiency in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure for bioinformatics applications.
- Have a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
