Blue Yonder WMS Engineer / Technical Analyst
About the role
As a Blue Yonder WMS Engineer / Technical Analyst, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) Discrete environments. You will be a valued member of the supply chain technology team and work collaboratively with functional consultants, integration teams, and client stakeholders to deliver and support mission‑critical warehouse operations.
In this role, you will:
· Design, develop, and support custom technical components within Blue Yonder WMS Discrete
· Build and support solutions using MOCA, DDA, Integrator, Page Builder, Reports, and Labels
· Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support data analysis and issue resolution
· Deliver enhancements across inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution workflows
· Perform technical design, customization impact analysis, and solution documentation
· Develop and deploy system integrations using Blue Yonder Integrator and middleware platforms
· Execute unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing cycles
· Manage rollout creation, deployments, and environment migration activities
· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support ongoing system stability
· Support cutover activities, go‑live execution, and hypercare stabilization

What you need to have to be considered
· 4–10 years of overall IT experience, with 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in Blue Yonder WMS Discrete implementation projects
· Strong expertise in MOCA development for Blue Yonder WMS
· Experience with DDA, Integrator, Page Builder, Reports, and Labels
· Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis
· Experience supporting warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution
· Hands‑on experience with deployments, cutovers, and environment migrations
These will help you stand out
· Experience delivering large‑scale or enterprise Blue Yonder WMS implementations
· Prior experience supporting post‑go‑live production environments and hypercare phases
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive support mindset
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global teams

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $129,500- $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
