Job Summary:
The Business Analyst bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams ensuring data model outputs and analytics solutions meet AIA business regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business requirements for data, analytics, and ML use cases.
- Translate business rules into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
- Work closely with Data Test Leads during validation and reconciliation.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivery outcomes.
- Support change requests, impact assessments, and governance reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics programs.
- Strong experience with data-intensive and ML-driven solutions.
- Expertise in requirements documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT artifacts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in regulated industries (Insurance/Finance) is a plus.
