Job Summary:

The Business Analyst bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams ensuring data model outputs and analytics solutions meet AIA business regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business requirements for data, analytics, and ML use cases.
  • Translate business rules into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
  • Work closely with Data Test Leads during validation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivery outcomes.
  • Support change requests, impact assessments, and governance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years as a Business Analyst in data/analytics programs.
  • Strong experience with data-intensive and ML-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in requirements documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and UAT artifacts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries (Insurance/Finance) is a plus.
