JOB Description:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Customers for the flawless execution of projects.
- Have expertise in end-to-end architecture of OpenText Exstream.
- Have knowledge on different stages of enterprise content management solution.
- Have experience in communications server (Communication builder & Control Center)
- Expertise in end -to-end setup of Content Author and Communication Designer(Business Authoring).
- Good to have experience in Cloud Edition and Communication orchestrator.
- Expertise in defining input structures for OpenText Exstream.
- Be able to create application with sorting and building methods and configure in communication server.
- Be able to lead the lead and guide team on Exstream and its components.
- Collaborate with the on-site team and clients to provide suggestions and resolutions for technical issues.
- Be able to execute test cases and maintain good quality deliverables and ensure adherence to best design and coding standards.
- Should be able to learn core and new modules of Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) technologies.
- Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
