Product Test Specialist

Job Summary

This hybrid role for a Product Test Specialist requires five to seven years of experience in testing complex health care systems that rely on Facets and TriZetto platforms. The specialist designs and executes end to end test strategies across enrollment benefits claims and provider modules ensuring reliable delivery for payer and provider clients in support of high quality member and provider experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and regression test strategies for Facets enrollment benefit configuration claims provider and related modules to ensure consistent product quality for payer and provider clients
• Develop detailed test scenarios and reusable test cases that cover Facets enrollment benefit rules and claims adjudication flows to validate real world health plan operations
• Execute manual and tool assisted test cycles across TriZetto Elements CAE and core Facets capabilities to confirm that integrated workflows behave as designed in day to day usage
• Coordinate hybrid model test activities with cross functional teams including business analysts developers configuration analysts and operations partners to achieve timely and accurate releases
• Analyze defects across facets enrollment benefit configuration claims and provider components to identify root causes and provide clear steps for efficient remediation
• Validate data integrity and configuration accuracy for enrollment eligibility benefits and provider records to prevent downstream claims and payment defects for payer and provider stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test plans traceability matrices and execution reports to support audit ready delivery and internal quality standards
• Collaborate with domain experts in payer and provider operations to align test coverage with regulatory requirements service commitments and member experience goals
• Use CAE and related test tools to simulate complex group structures benefit designs and provider arrangements to ensure that system behavior matches contractual obligations
• Monitor test results and production defect trends to recommend continuous improvements in configuration standards test coverage and quality practices across the product lifecycle
• Support user acceptance testing for business users by preparing realistic test data guiding scenario execution and capturing feedback for future product and test enhancements
• Provide clear status updates risk assessments and defect insights to stakeholders to support fact based decisions about release readiness and production deployment plans
• Champion quality minded practices within the product team by promoting early defect detection stable configuration patterns and thorough validation of Facets and TriZetto components

Qualifications

• Possess five to seven years of focused testing experience working with Facets enrollment benefit configuration claims and provider modules in large payer or provider organizations
• Demonstrate hands on expertise with TriZetto Elements CAE and related tools to design configure and validate complex health plan and provider arrangements in hybrid delivery environments
• Apply strong understanding of payer operations including enrollment eligibility benefits and claims along with provider network processes to create realistic end to end test scenarios
• Utilize solid knowledge of health care data structures and transactions to validate that test outcomes align with expected financial and service results for members and providers
• Exhibit proficiency in writing clear test cases documenting defects and producing concise reports that enable stakeholders to act quickly and improve overall product quality
• Show capability to collaborate effectively in hybrid teams across locations and time zones while managing priorities and delivering testing commitments within day shift expectations
• Maintain familiarity with industry regulations standards and best practices in health care technology to ensure that testing supports compliance and safe reliable system behavior
