Job Summary
Serve as a Delmia Apriso Developer for Critical Manufacturing MES applying expertise in MES validation automated and manual testing and L4 L3 L2 integration to deliver reliable manufacturing solutions. Use generative AI and strong domain knowledge to enhance product quality streamline operations and support hybrid day shift work in a collaborative global environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive validation of Critical Manufacturing MES features by designing comprehensive test strategies that ensure regulatory compliance product reliability and alignment with manufacturing execution workflows
- Execute detailed automated testing of MES Val scenarios using robust test suites that increase coverage reduce regression risk and accelerate release cycles for global manufacturing clients
- Perform meticulous manual testing of complex MES Val use cases that are not easily automated documenting clear defect reports and working closely with engineering teams to support timely resolution
- Configure and validate MES L4 integration with enterprise planning and scheduling systems to enable accurate data exchange seamless order flow and consistent production reporting
- Implement and verify MES L3 integration with manufacturing control systems to support real time production execution status tracking and process enforcement across shop floor environments
- Support MES L2 integration by validating data flows with equipment and automation layers ensuring that machine data is captured transformed and used correctly in manufacturing execution processes
- Apply generative AI capabilities to optimize test case design accelerate documentation creation and derive insights from execution data that improve product quality and operational efficiency
- Analyze complex production scenarios using domain knowledge in manufacturing execution to provide practical configuration guidance and solution recommendations that address customer pain points
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product management development and quality to refine MES features based on validation findings and client feedback ensuring a user centered product evolution
- Prepare clear product validation reports defect trend analyses and risk assessments that help stakeholders make informed release decisions and prioritize enhancements for maximum business impact
- Assist in planning and executing user acceptance validation cycles with client teams in a hybrid work model ensuring scenarios reflect real production conditions and that acceptance criteria are fully met
- Provide expert product support during post go live stabilization investigating incidents reproducing issues in test environments and proposing corrective actions that protect production continuity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to validation frameworks test automation approaches and integration patterns that reduce cost of quality and improve time to value for clients
Qualifications
- Demonstrate professional experience between three and seven years in product specialization or quality focused roles for manufacturing execution solutions with direct exposure to Critical Manufacturing MES or similar platforms
- Show proven hands on experience in MES Val activities including test planning test case creation execution and defect management for complex discrete or process manufacturing environments
- Exhibit strong skills in automated testing tools and frameworks tailored to MES or industrial applications with the ability to design maintainable scripts and interpret test results for stakeholders
- Display solid proficiency in manual testing techniques for functional integration and regression validation including careful documentation of steps expected outcomes and observed behaviors
- Possess practical knowledge of MES L4 L3 L2 integration concepts covering data models interfaces and common industrial communication patterns used between systems and shop floor equipment
- Leverage working understanding of generative AI concepts and tools to support tasks such as requirements analysis test design support documentation drafting and knowledge base maintenance
- Bring deep domain knowledge in manufacturing execution processes such as work order management traceability quality checks and performance monitoring gained from real project experience
- Utilize familiarity with Manufacturing Execution System domain as a strong advantage enabling effective communication with client process experts and translation of operational needs into product configurations
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written form with global stakeholders conveying technical findings in an accessible way while working effectively within a hybrid work model and day shift schedule
Certifications Required
Certified MES Professional or equivalent MES product certification preferred
