Contribute to a global hybrid team focused on social media monitoring and insight generation for internet media campaigns across display and video channels. Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms to track campaign performance across display and video formats and transform raw engagement data into structured datasets using advanced MS Excel features such as pivot tables functions and lookup logic for accurate reporting and trend analysis.
- Analyze social media and internet media data to identify performance patterns audience behaviors and content effectiveness while highlighting opportunities to optimize messaging targeting and media investments.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc insight reports that translate complex data findings into clear narratives and visual summaries ensuring stakeholders can easily understand performance drivers and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with marketing analytics and media planning teams in a hybrid work model to align measurement frameworks with campaign objectives and ensure that tracking taxonomies and tagging structures are consistently applied.
- Design and maintain automated or semi automated Excel based dashboards that consolidate data from multiple social and video platforms enabling near real time visibility into key performance indicators and campaign health.
- Perform quality checks on incoming data sources to validate completeness accuracy and consistency and promptly flag anomalies or data gaps that could impact insight quality or decision making.
- Provide timely insights on audience sentiment content resonance and competitive activity by combining quantitative social metrics with qualitative observations drawn from comments shares and community interactions.
- Partner with internet media specialists to evaluate the impact of creative formats placements and bidding strategies across display and video inventory and recommend optimization hypotheses grounded in data evidence.
- Document reporting methodologies calculation logic and data definitions in a clear and accessible manner so cross functional partners and new team members can easily interpret metrics and replicate analyses when needed.
- Support the design of test and learn initiatives such as creative variant testing audience segment evaluations and frequency analyses while tracking results and summarizing findings into concise recommendations.
- Communicate findings in English through written reports and spoken presentations tailored to both technical and non technical stakeholders emphasizing business impact and actionable next steps.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams working in rotational shifts to ensure continuous monitoring coverage and consistent delivery of reports while maintaining smooth handovers between time zones.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying repetitive manual tasks that can be streamlined or standardized particularly within Excel workflows documentation practices and data collection routines.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and platform compliance guidelines when accessing storing and reporting on social media and internet media data protecting both user information and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Apply a strong foundation in data analytics using MS Excel with hands on expertise in formulas pivot tables charts and data cleaning techniques to transform large and messy datasets into reliable analysis ready views.
- Demonstrate practical experience in internet media environments focused on display and video channels including familiarity with platform metrics campaign structures and common performance optimization strategies.
- Exhibit proven experience in insights reporting by building recurring dashboards and executive ready summaries that connect data findings to marketing objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Utilize excellent English reading writing and speaking skills to prepare clear documentation collaborate with cross functional colleagues and deliver insight presentations that support confident decision making.
- Draw on five to eight years of professional experience in analytics social media monitoring or digital marketing to independently manage analysis tasks resolve data issues and prioritize workload in a hybrid setting.
- Leverage knowledge of visualization and storytelling best practices within Excel and other reporting tools to present complex social and media data in a way that is intuitive and actionable for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Adapt effectively to rotational shift patterns by organizing work carefully maintaining detailed notes and ensuring continuity in monitoring and reporting activities without requiring travel commitments.
