Join a multinational organization as a Developer specializing in SAP Data Services SAP Master Data Governance and advanced ABAP delivering robust data and master data solutions for supply chain and consumer goods clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Data Services jobs that ensure accurate extraction transformation and loading of supply chain data for consumer goods operations
- Configure SAP Master Data Governance processes to manage product customer and supplier master data with high consistency and alignment to business rules
- Develop advanced ABAP enhancements and custom objects within SAP MDG to extend standard capabilities and address complex data governance requirements
- Collaborate with supply chain management stakeholders to translate planning procurement and distribution needs into scalable SAP data and MDG solutions
- Optimize data quality by defining validation rules cleansing strategies and error handling mechanisms that reduce defects and rework in downstream applications
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP MDG and SAP Data Services with core ERP and related supply chain systems in a hybrid work model
- Analyze production incidents related to master data and data flows identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures with clear documentation
- Perform impact analysis for change requests in SAP MDG and data services ensuring that modifications support business priorities without disrupting critical processes
- Prepare detailed technical specifications configuration documents and test evidence that support maintainable and auditable SAP data and MDG implementations
- Conduct unit testing integration testing and user validation cycles to ensure stable release of enhancements and projects during regular day shifts
- Guide peers and project participants on SAP MDG data modeling workflow concepts and data migration practices to promote consistent delivery quality
- Support supply chain and consumer goods clients by providing timely responses to queries and by fine tuning data processes that improve service levels and fill rate performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data governance maturity reduce manual handling and support the company purpose of delivering reliable products to society
Qualifications
- Demonstrate hands on experience of at least five years in SAP Data Services covering design development optimization and support of complex data integration scenarios
- Show proven expertise in SAP MDG functional configuration including data models process models business rules and user interfaces for materials customers and vendors
- Apply strong advanced ABAP skills in the MDG context using frameworks enhancements and object oriented concepts to implement robust and reusable components
- Bring domain experience in supply chain management and supply chain for consumer goods including planning procurement logistics and master data concepts
- Communicate clearly with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model showing the ability to gather requirements validate assumptions and manage expectations
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured approach to debugging performance tuning and impact assessment across SAP landscapes
- Display familiarity with standard software development practices including version control code review documentation and adherence to organizational quality standards
