Job Summary
Sr Software Engineer B2 will design and build scalable enterprise applications using ASPNET Core Web API NET Core Angular Node JS SQL and Azure while working in a hybrid day shift model Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver secure resilient services optimize data access patterns and enhance user experiences for global customers driving business value and sustainable innovation across the organization
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend services using ASPNET Core Web API and NET Core to support highly scalable and secure enterprise applications for global business processes
- Implement efficient and reliable data access layers using SQL and relational database best practices to ensure consistent performance and data integrity across critical workloads
- Create responsive and maintainable front end interfaces using Angular versions two to eight to deliver intuitive user experiences that align with business requirements and usability standards
- Develop and integrate Node JS services for real time processing background tasks and service orchestration to improve modularity performance and solution flexibility
- Collaborate with product owners architects and peer engineers in a hybrid work environment to refine requirements estimate effort and deliver high quality software increments each release cycle
- Apply secure coding practices validation and authorization patterns across APIs and front end components to protect sensitive information and comply with organizational security guidelines
- Optimize application performance by profiling bottlenecks tuning database queries and refining API contracts to reduce latency support high throughput and improve responsiveness
- Implement automated unit integration and API tests using appropriate frameworks to improve code reliability enable safe refactoring and support continuous integration pipelines
- Contribute to Azure based application deployments by configuring app services storage queues and monitoring tools to ensure resilient operation observability and efficient resource usage
- Troubleshoot complex production and preproduction issues by analyzing logs metrics and user reports then propose and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence and improve stability
- Document technical designs service contracts and data models clearly so that cross functional teams can understand leverage and extend solutions without ambiguity or rework
- Mentor junior engineers by reviewing code sharing best practices and explaining architectural decisions to build strong engineering capabilities and consistent delivery discipline across the team
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies and technical discussions providing practical recommendations that balance implementation complexity with long term maintainability
Qualifications
- Possess ten to twelve years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on designing and building distributed applications for enterprise environments
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ASPNET Core Web API and NET Core frameworks with proven ability to implement clean architectures and reusable service components
- Show strong experience working with SQL databases including writing complex queries designing normalized schemas and tuning indexes for performance and scalability
- Bring solid hands on expertise with Angular versions two to eight including component based development state management and integration with RESTful APIs
- Exhibit practical experience using Node JS for backend services scripting or tooling that complements the NET stack and improves overall solution capability
- Hold working knowledge of Azure cloud services such as app services functions storage and monitoring with experience deploying and maintaining applications in hybrid environments
- Display familiarity with modern engineering practices including version control continuous integration automated testing and code review processes using commonly adopted tools
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving abilities with capacity to break down complex issues propose options and implement pragmatic solutions that align with business goals
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form with stakeholders and teammates enabling efficient collaboration requirement clarification and knowledge sharing across time zones
