Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with strong expertise in Mobile and Web Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Java, Appium, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, Maven, TestNG, and BrowserStack.
The candidate should be technically strong, capable of leading automation initiatives, mentoring team members, reviewing automation code, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines while supporting Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead automation testing activities for Mobile and Web Banking applications.
• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Java.
• Enhance and maintain existing automation frameworks.
• Develop automation scripts for Android, iOS, and Web applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure automation coding standards.
• Mentor automation engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Functional QA, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
• Estimate automation effort and plan sprint deliverables.
• Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure automation suites are stable and reusable.
• Monitor automation execution and resolve flaky tests.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Generate automation execution reports and dashboards.
• Support release validation and production verification.
Required Experience
• 8+ years of QA experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Automation Testing experience.
• 3+ years leading Automation teams.
• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking.
• Experience automating Mobile and Web applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
